Characteristics: It displays a black – purple color and bouquets of blackberries, cassis, mineral and spice with a velvety finish.

Serving temperature: 18 degrees C.

Type of Vinification – Maturing: Classic red fermentation. It is aged for 12 month in new oak barrels. It can be aged for 5 –7 years
